Terraced House, Centro, Lagos

Finding a townhouse with a terrace and sea views in the Historic Centre of Lagos is becoming increasingly rare. When you combine a location next to the city walls, on a quiet street, just a stone’s throw from the city’s liveliest area and the beautiful beaches, the potential becomes clear. Spanning two floors, the villa comprises a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor. The roof terrace, overlooking the town and the sea, is the standout feature of this property. In need of refurbishment, it offers the opportunity to develop a unique project, whether for your own home, a holiday home or as an investment, making the most of a truly privileged location. The property does not have an occupancy licence.
