Plot with Ruin, Criação Velha, Ilha do Pico

We present this generous urban plot of 1,171 m², located on Canadá do Costa, in the parish of Criação Velha, on the island of Pico, Azores, in the vicinity of the REALTEK establishment. The plot already features an existing construction of 82 m², with expansion potential of up to 300 m² — a concrete advantage for those looking to renovate and grow at their own pace, with less bureaucracy and greater design flexibility. The standout feature of this property is its breathtaking, unobstructed views over the Channel and the island of Faial — one of the most iconic and coveted panoramas in the Azorean archipelago, adding extraordinary value to any residential or tourism project developed here. Set in an authentic and peaceful parish with good road access and proximity to essential services, this plot has everything needed for those dreaming of building or restoring a home on one of the most stunning islands in the Azores. A unique opportunity — urban plots of this size, with these views and this potential, are increasingly rare on Pico. Contact us for more information or to schedule a visit.
