House, Quelfes, Olhão

Modern house under construction in a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of Olhão. On the ground floor, the villa has a bathroom, open-plan living room and kitchen with access to a 30m2 backyard and a 15m2 patio with a parking area for one car. On the first floor are the other three bedrooms, one en suite, both with built-in wardrobes. The property also has a basement and a large roof terrace with panoramic views. As the villa is not yet finished, you can still choose the finishes to your liking.
