Farm, Aljezur, Aljezur

Located in an elevated position on the outskirts of Aljezur, this 3.57-hectare property offers privacy, an exceptional natural setting, and open views across the surrounding landscape. One of its key highlights is complete self-sufficiency: it benefits from its own solar energy production system and water supplied by a borehole with high storage capacity, allowing it to operate independently from the public utility network. Currently operating as a well-established sustainable tourism project. The built area includes two traditional rammed-earth houses, a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom unit, both with similar sizes and private terraces facing nature. The guest experience is enhanced by a variety of accommodation concepts and outdoor living spaces, including a premium safari tent, a tipi, and several thoughtfully designed areas throughout the land, ideal for retreats, themed programs, or alternative tourism. In terms of wellness facilities, the property features a sauna harmoniously integrated into the landscape, a plunge pool with deck, and a panoramic platform perfectly suited for yoga or meditation. For gatherings and events, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. The rural component is reinforced by a greenhouse, cultivation areas, and fertile land with pine trees, an orchard, and cork oaks, creating a diverse and sustainable ecosystem. The property also includes an area prepared for horses, with space for a riding arena, as well as support facilities such as an office and workshop, suitable for remote work, project management, or creative activities. There is further development potential, allowing expansion for Rural Tourism up to 500 m², ensuring room for structured growth and future appreciation. Located approximately 10 minutes from the center of Aljezur and close to the unspoiled beaches of the Costa Vicentina, this is a rare opportunity for those seeking a solid investment combined with a sustainable lifestyle in close connection with nature.
