The estate consists of two articles with a land area of 115ha, both bordering the village of São Domingos. There is a 144m2 ruin, an agricultural outbuilding, an extensive cork oak forest, a rice paddy, a water channel, a stream and a dam. The location is 20 minutes from the city of Santiago do Cacém, 1.5 hours from Lisbon and the Algarve and 25 minutes from the beaches of Porto Covo.
