Building Plot, Sagres, Vila do Bispo

In Sagres, a fishing and tourist village, known for its beautiful beaches and historical monuments and much sought after by surf and nature lovers. In a very central area, right next to Mareta beach and several shops, including restaurants and the market, we have this plot with the possibility of constructing a building with 12 flats of types T2 and T3 with sea views, 3 shops, basement car parks with storage, swimming pool and communal gardens. A great investment opportunity!
