Building Plot, Angra (Nossa Senhora da Conceição), Ilha Terceira

In the heart of Angra do Heroísmo, a world heritage city, there is land available to build from scratch. Located just a few meters from Praça Velha, a confluence point of the main arteries of the urban center, on a corner of Rua do Morrão, it has an area of 245m2 and a frontage with the public road along 26 meters in length. It is possible to replicate its 100% implantation with the construction of a basement and three floors, thus maximizing the best use of its area. The scarcity of a possibility of this type proves valuable as it allows building without certain restrictions related to interior or exterior configurations of a pre-existing building, regulated in order to safeguard the maintenance of the world-renowned historical identity of the city. Choose a blank canvas to develop a value creation project in a city that demonstrates an appetite for welcoming solutions both in the housing and tourism aspects!
