Apartment, Campo de Ourique, Lisboa

A three-bedroom flat with character and charm in the heart of Campo de Ourique Some homes stand out for their location. Others, for their space. And then there are those that combine character, elegance and a unique identity of their own. Such is the case with this magnificent four-bedroom flat, originally converted into a three-bedroom property, situated on Rua Saraiva de Carvalho in Campo de Ourique, within an iconic building. With two street-facing sides, high ceilings and generous spaces, the flat stands out for its ornate ceilings, plank flooring and shutters. The spacious living area combines the living room and dining room. The kitchen, measuring around 20 m², is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and complemented by a laundry area. The private area comprises three bedrooms, including a 19 m² en-suite, with direct access to a pleasant 7.50 m² balcony offering unobstructed views — the perfect spot to start the day. The result of a meticulously planned architectural design, this space has been conceived to make the most of every square metre, creating a rare combination of functionality, privacy and storage capacity. It features ample floor-to-ceiling storage spaces, a more secluded study and a small work area. The flat also features double-glazed tilt-and-turn windows and shutters on all windows. It underwent a complete refurbishment around 14 years ago. A home with soul, space and character, in the most iconic location in Campo de Ourique.
